A parasail is flown on a wide, long and motorable beaches or any vast open lands like dry lake bed and dry river beds. The passenger snaps into the parasail’s comfortable harness, signals the driver of the tow vehicle, takes a few steps and soars into the air and depending upon the length of the tow rope, the parasail can carry one hundreds of feet into the sky. Parasailing, using a parachute, is a sport for people of all age groups and is designed to be towed behind a boat or 4-wheeled vehicle on a flat big ground. One need have prior training to fly in a parasail since the ground crew controls the parasail and the flyer could enjoy his - her solo flight.

Pointing out that this was a very common adventure sport activity, Mr. Meena told this correspondent that it would offered for three hours in the morning and another three hours during evenings. “The route and also the price will be decided soon,” he said and added that the event would be organised on profit sharing basis with the private promoters.
