Dolce & Gabbana say sorry for IVF comments

Celebs boycotted the brand, a top exec stepped down and designers laid low
Melbourne: Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce, who infuriated the parents of children born via In Vitro Fertilisation, have now apologised for their insulting comments.
According to sources, Elton John and Ricky Martin were among the parents who had raised their voice against the designers and were supported by celebs such as Victoria Beckham and Courtney Love in their boycott, News.com.au
reported.
Realising his mistake, Dolce said that he had a word with Gabbana about this and he has realised that his remarks were insulting and inappropriate, adding that "They are just kids." He further said that he did not have proper knowledge about IVF but he loved it after seeing people happy and said that science has helped a lot of people.
Amid this, John took to Instagram to vent out his anger and wrote "How dare you refer to my beautiful children as 'synthetic', shame on you for wagging your judgmental little fingers at IVF."
