ACB caused mental agony to him by calling him in the name of investigation

Hyderabad: Justice A.V. Sesha Sai of the Hyderabad High Court on Friday asked the ACB of Telangana to respond to a petition by V. Pradeep Chowdary, a leader of Telugu Nadu Students Federation, the student’s wing of the Telugu Desam challenging alleged harassment by the ACB and also trying to implicate him in the cash-for-vote scam.
K. Ravindra Kumar, counsel appearing for the petitioner moved a plea during lunch session alleging that sleuths of the ACB caused mental agony to him by calling him in the name of investigation in the cash- for-vote scam as a witness day in and out for the last one month without a shred of evidence about his acquaintance to the facts and circumstance of the case.
