Most of us make great efforts to work against the clock in order to succeed in life. Yet how many of us know that the human body itself functions best on certain time patterns of its own?

Recent scientific research has shown that timing plays a significant role when it comes to our daily needs, emotions and abilities. This means that the human body has a ‘body clock’ of its own, which is ruled by our ‘circadian rhythms’ – fluctuations in body temperature, hormones and blood pressure, which affects both our body and energy levels, as reported in the Daily Mail.

 

This means that your body clock decides the best time to do or experience anything, be it – sex, taking a nap and even to weigh yourself.
