Mumbai: Filmmaker Nikhil Advani, who has worked with Salman Khan in films like Salaam-e-Ishq and Hero, says Salman liked the script of ‘Katti Batti’.
Not just that Salman also suggested Kangana Ranaut’s name to play the role of Payal alongside Imran Khan. The director was quoted saying that Salman found Kangy to be the perfect choice for this role.
The actor then called Kangana, who was in New York, to inform her that Payal’s role was tailor made for her. Salman and Kangana were also in talks of starring in a film together however that did not materialise due to Kangana being booked for other projects.
