Lot of rumours about Justin Bieber being in and out of relationships have been going around in the past few months, and the latest one doing the rounds is that he has gotten back with ex-girlfriend Chantel Jeffries.
TMZ.com reports that the two were spotted at a beach in Malibu for a swimwear photoshoot, with Justin also ending up taking photographs of Chantel himself.
Chantel was also with Justin in his car when he was arrested for drunk driving, street racing and resisting arrest last year.
