Hyderabad: Even after a week, uncertainty continues regarding the release of the two Telugu professors kidnapped by IS militants in Libya. A day after two politicians said that they were released, the Centre is yet to confirm it.
The Indian embassy in Libya has also said that it has no information about the duo’s release. Meanwhile, Professor Ch. Balram Kishan’s wife Sridevi, who had been in touch with another Indian working in Sirte University, said that she was no longer able to contact him.
