Woman constable lodged a complaint against Sarath Babu on August

GUNTUR: Narasaraopet Rural inspector P. Sarath Babu was suspended on Thursday for allegedly harassing a woman constable of the same police station.
Guntur district rural superintendent K. Narayan Naik said that the woman constable lodged a complaint against Sarath Babu on August and an inquiry was conducted on August 5.
Police officials said Sarath Babu continuously harassed the victim by sending her SMSes. He had also deliberately taken her along in his car for various ‘duties’. They also said he interacted with her in vulgar language.
