For actress Sunny Leone, a ‘Friendship Day’ appearance at a Hyderabad club, turned out to be an absolute disaster. A waiting mob, meant her 20-minute appearance, had to be cut short and she had to be escorted out of the establishment by security in just 10 minutes.
Sources said the crowd was uncontrollable. “There was not a single step we could take without bumping into people. People were just pushing each other as we tried to take Sunny into the VIP zone. We tried to take her near the DJ’s console but couldn’t,” says security consultant Yusuf Sipi.
The club’s own security arrangements failed too. “The organisers couldn’t manage the crowd. She reached the establishment at 10.45 pm and left within just 10 minutes as the situation was out of control.”
Leone, in a tweet, later thanked her bodyguard.
