Sid Mallya signs his second international film ‘Homecoming’
Mumbai: After his debut film ‘B Naman’ which Sid shot at the end of last year, he’s all set to get into the thick of things with his second film, the international project: Homecoming.
Sid, who recently was accepted to the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, will now be seen in the dark comedy ‘Homecoming’. The actor was proud to announce the exciting news to his fans via his social networking site. He tweeted, “So excited to announce that I have been cast in my 2nd feature film - Homecoming. Looking forward to shooting my scenes in the coming weeks! ” He also added, “I’m really thankful for this amazing opportunity. As I've always said, it's about taking small steps to reach the top...The journey continues!!!”
This is his second feature film after ‘B Naman’, directed by the festival favorite director Q, produced by Steve Barron. Sid will start shooting in Portland, Oregon soon.
‘Homecoming’ showcases the life a woman who goes to great lengths for fame and money. Kampf, Field and Aldo LaPietra produced the film while Mike Weber is the executive producer, all through Radar Pictures, along with Portland-based Holly Levow.
