Rao Ramesh’s ‘best phase’

Ramesh has also signed a Allu Sirish and director Parasuram film
Like his father Rao Gopala Rao, Rao Ramesh too is making a mark in Tollywood with his character roles. Though he started his career around seven years ago and acted in many hit films, the turning point was Srikanth Addala’s Mukunda, which released last year. “Yes, Mukunda is my best till date. It has taken my career to new heights,” says Ramesh. He has now signed almost a dozen films.
His next film that is ready for release is Cinema Choopista Mama. “I am playing Raj Tarun’s father-in-law. It’s a lengthy role and an entertaining story that mostly revolves around Raj Tarun and me,” says Ramesh. The actor is also eagerly waiting for Subramanyam For Sale. “This is one film that I am waiting to see as my character has been designed in a completely new manner. Thanks to director Harish Shankar for choosing me for this role,” he adds.
Ramesh is leaving for Bangkok on Tuesday to join Srinu Vaitla and Ram Charan’s film. “I am playing Ram Charan’s father in the film,” he says.
Ramesh has also signed a Allu Sirish and director Parasuram film, a Ramesh Varma and Naga Shaurya film and director Bheemaneni Srinivasa Rao’s upcoming film with Bellamkonda Srinivas. “This is the best phase for me. From this month, all these films will release one after the other. I am lucky that all the characters are different from one another,” says the actor.
Addala is giving special treatment to Ramesh’s character in the Mahesh Babu starrer Brahmotsavam too.
