The latest news doing the rounds of the social sites is the reported appearance of Prithviraj and Manju Warrier for the Marthandan directed film Pavada. When contacted Marthandan said, “I myself did not know that Manju is a part of this project.”
With that speculation laid to rest, he adds, “Prithviraj and Anoop Menon play the main leads in the film. Asha Sarath is also a part of the film and the other cast details are being finalised.”
Anoop had earlier mentioned his excitement about Pavada saying, “This will be one of my most challenging and memorable roles to date. It is about two people who meet accidentally in a very strange place where there is no possibility of a friendship to bloom but they forge a strong friendship despite the age gap and realise that their lives are intertwined.”
Marthandan had directed the recent Mammooty starrer Acha Din in which he had cast the superstar as a North Indian.
