Bhanwar Lal pats Indur for 100 per cent Epic-Aadhaar
Bhanwar Lal said that voters could change their details with the concerned tahsildar
Nizamabad: Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwar Lal appreciated the efforts of district administration for making Nizamabad first district in the country for seeding Electoral Photo Identity Cards (EPIC) with Aadhaar cards.
Speaking at a meeting here at Pragathi Bhavan conference hall on Saturday, Mr Bhanwar Lal said that voters could change their details with the concerned tahsildar and RDO if they changed the address within the Assembly constituency limits. If any voter migrated to other Assembly constituency, his old voter ID card is automatically cancelled, he said.
Mr Bhanwar Lal said that the youth who completed 18 years age should enroll as voters from October 5 to November 5. He said that more polling stations will be set up for the convenience of the voters. He appreciated electoral staff in Nizamabad district for successful completion of EPIC, Aadhar seeding. Collector D. Ronald Rose said that with collective efforts and cooperation of political parties the district stood on top in the country for Aadhaar seeding.
