Reports suggest Rajkumar will be credited as a solo producer on the Sanjay Dutt biopic
Mumbai: Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani have made some of Bollywood’s best films including Munnabhai, 3 Idiots, and most recently ‘PK’. However, according to reports, Rajkumar Hirani will be credited as an independent producer for his upcoming Sanjay Dutt biopic.
According to reports, it was said that this film would not have Vidhu as a co-producer like ‘PK’. The film will be going on floors in the first half of 2016, and will star Ranbir Kapoor. The actress who will essay the role of Sanjay’s wife Manyata is yet to be decided.
However Vidhu’s spokesperson has denied the news.
