Tablet sales haven't been that great in the past few months. Earlier, there were reports that Xiaomi might not introduce any new tablet in future. However, with the release of Windows 10, it is pretty obvious that smartphone companies may introduce new handsets running on Windows 10 soon.
As reported earlier, Microsoft partially tied up with Xiaomi, to allow Mi 4 users to try out Windows 10. There’s a high possibility that Xiaomi may roll out a new Mi tablet that runs on Windows 10.
Pan Jiutang, a Chinese analyst also posted on Weibo, mentioning that Xiaomi will launch its Mi tablet running on Windows 10 in the third quarter.

There is no official announcement from Xiaomi yet. This hints that this could also be a rumor that's viral all over the web. However, the latest report from GSMArena stated that Xiaomi will be rolling out the new Windows 10 tablet on August 16, 2015.
Besides the launch date, no key features have been revealed yet.
