The recently launched Zenfone series have received quite a good response from its consumers. Taking into consideration the demand of Zenfone 2, latest reports state that ASUS will likely unveil three new smartphones with 13MP camera next week.
Media reports state that the three high-end handsets will be named - Zenfone 2 Deluxe, Zenfone Selfie and Zenfone 2 Laser. These handsets will definitely run on Android Lollipop operating system, coupled with Zen UI.
Display: ASUS Zenfone 2 Deluxe and ASUS Zenfone Selfie will basically be the two new phablets with a 5.5-inch display each. Whereas, the Zenfone 2 Laser handset is expected to sport a 5-inch screen. The display of these three handsets will come with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Camera: On the camera front, the ASUS Zenfone 2 Deluxe and Zenfone 2 Laser handsets are speculated to offer a 13MP rear shooter and 5MP front-facing snapper. However, the Zenfone Selfie phablet may just impress selfie fans, as it is speculated to sport a 13MP rear as well as front-facing camera.
Variants:
A report by BGR stated that ASUS Zenfone 2 Deluxe will present itself with 64GB of internal storage and 4GB of RAM. Whereas, the ASUS Zenfone Selfie and Zenfone 2 Laser handsets will have two variants each.
ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser:
- ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser with 8GB internal storage and 2GB of RAM.
- ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser with 16GB internal storage and 2GB of RAM.
ASUS Zenfone Selfie:
- ASUS Zenfone Selfie with 16GB internal storage and 2GB of RAM.
- ASUS Zenfone Selfie with 32GB internal storage and 3GB of RAM.
