KOCHI: S. Sreesanth was unsuccessful in his first attempt to contact BCCI officials to request lifting the life-ban imposed on him.
“I could not get an appointment with the BCCI secretary and I am waiting,” said the 32-year-old India speedster, who was discharged from the 2013 IPL spot-fixing case last week.
The KCA said it has resend a mail requesting the ban to be lifted after BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur had reportedly said that he was yet to receive any correspondence from the state association.
