Pawan Kalyan will be playing a sardar in his next film, to be directed by KS Ravindra aka Bobby. The film, which will be produced by Pawan’s good friend Sharath Marar, is also going to be titled Sardar.
“All set to start the shooting in a few days with a combination of many regular artistes,” says a source. Pawan has been sporting a long beard for a few months now and we had earlier reported that the look was for this film.
Another friend of the star, Anand Sai, was initially supposed to be the art director, but has backed out because of another commitment. We hear that the high-octane action sequences will be shot on the outskirts of Hyderabad soon. The film also stars Anisha Ambrose in the lead along with Marathi actor Sharad Kelkar as the antagonist, and Charandeep in a key role.
