Justice Elango ordered the former Member of Parliament to cooperate with the investigation agency

Hyderabad: Justice Raja Elango of the Hyderabad HC on Tuesday granted bail to former MP G.V. Harsha Kumar, who is in judicial remand in the Rajahmundry Central Prison.
The police arrested the former MP, who was on a protest fast, for threatening to commit suicide and even firing two rounds in the air from his revolver in order to stop them from shifting him to hospital in view of his deteriorating health.
While granting bail, the judge directed Mr Harsha Kumar to furnish two sureties of Rs 10,000 and personal surety of Rs 10,000. Justice Elango ordered the former Member of Parliament to cooperate with the investigation agency.
