The actor requested his distributor friends to ensure that Vaalu has a grand release

It’s not often that you get to see an actor who is well established, helping a fellow actor’s film get released. With Simbu’s long pending film Vaalu hitting the screens finally on August 14, we have learnt that Ilayathalapathy Vijay has lent support to help Simbu in solving the financial issues of the film.
Speculations are abuzz that Vijay even came forward to help financially, but when he knew that it wasn’t necessary, the actor requested his distributor friends to ensure that Vaalu has a grand release. Despite Simbu declaring numerous times that he is an ardent fan of Ajith, it is surprising that Vijay actually came forward to lend support. One may recall that it was Simbu who first came to Vijay’s support when the latter’s movie Thalaivaa faced an issue.
