Thani Oruvan would be postponed by a week or two

There were rumours that Jayam Ravi’s action flick, Thani Oruvan, which was supposed to be released on August 14, would be postponed by a week or two. As per the latest reports, Vasuvum Saravananum Onna Padichavanga and Vaalu have been confirmed for release on the same day.
Moreover, Ravi’s Sakalakala Vallavan is hitting the screens this Friday and the grapevine has it that the makers might opt for a change in the release date so as to avoid a clash with other films, and to allot enough room for the actor’s two releases.
However, when contacted, a source in the know denied it, confirming that the film will release on the initially announced date.
