Hyderabad: AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will kickstart the process to select the “master developer” who will execute the capital city construction projects, after he returns to Hyderabad from Rajahmundry. Mr Naidu had stayed put in Rajahmundry since the past two weeks, personally monitoring Pushkaralu arrangements.
Priority will be given to the company or consortia promising the highest investments in the AP capital.
Under the Swiss Challenge method, the best proposal would be put up in the public domain and the one coming with an even better proposal will get the job. If not, the one who prepared the first proposal will be the winner.
The government has officially renamed the ‘master developer’ as Job Creation and Investment Partner ((JC&I Partner) or Amaravati Development Partner.
