Hundreds of Shia Muslims marched from Bibi Ka Alawa in the old city to Darulshifa

Hyderabad: Scores of people belonging to the Shia Muslim community staged a protest march on Saturday protesting against the destruction of Jannat-ul-Baqi, a much revered graveyard located in the Madina city of Saudi Arabia.
As per Shia Muslims on the eighth day in the month of Shawwal in the year 1345 AH (April 21, 1925), some mausoleums including the tomb of Fatima Zahara in Jannat-ul-Baqi were demolished by King Ibn Saud.
Hundreds of Shia Muslims marched from Bibi Ka Alawa in the old city to Darulshifa. The march was organised by the Hussaini Organisation of the city demanding rebuilding of Jannat-ul-Baqi.
