Hyderabad: Dry spells are leaving Andhra Pradesh and Telangana hot. As per IMD report, the temperatures on Saturday stayed above normal by 2-4 degree Celsius in both states.

Although slight showers delighted Hyderabadis on Saturday, rains were not widespread in Telangana and a maximum of just four centimetre was recorded at Mudhole and Nirmal in Adilabad.

Isolated rainfall was witnessed only in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Khammam and Ranga Reddy.

The maximum temperature recorded in the state was at 36 degree Celsius in Hanmakonda and Nalgonda.

In Andhra Pradesh too, only isolated rainfall was recorded across the state, with the maximum of just three centimetres recorded in Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Chittoor districts. However, the IMD warned that heavy rainfall might occur on Monday in some parts of Telangana and AP.
