He may be a multi-millionaire sports star, adored all over the world, but David Beckham also has a reputation as one of the nicest celebs around. And he proved it by making one of his fan’s dreams come true with a surprise visit.
Cancer sufferer Andy Moss made a video telling David that his bucket list wish was to meet him and he’s even named his son after him. Andy’s wife Leyla started an online appeal to make her husband’s wish come true with the hashtag #AndyWantsToMeet DavidBeckham.
David's manager Simon found out about Andy's wish and the footballer made it come true by paying Andy, his wife Leyla and children David and Mia a visit while in America. And he took wife Victoria and son Brooklyn along as well. Leyla shared a photo of her family with Beckham saying: “For those of you who don’t know about my husband Andy, he has stage 4 cancer and he made a YouTube video to @davidbeckham telling him that one of his bucket list wishes was meeting him.
“We met David and his family including beautiful and sweet @victoriabeckham and @brooklynbeckham treated us like if we were family.”
