Dale Steyn could not resist a chance to play 'soccer'
Dhaka: Dale Steyn faced a lot of criticism from Bangladesh fans after he decided to opt out of ODI series against The Tigers.
Steyn had then hinted that he might not be available for the one-day international away series against Bangladesh in July, as he wanted to be fully fit for the next World Cup.
The world number one Test bowler had said that at this stage of his career he wants to save his energy for major tournaments, rather than wasting his 'last few balls' in Bangladesh.
However, the South African pacer seems to have won quite q few hearts after getting involved in an impromptu football game with Bangladeshi kids.
The first Test between South Africa and Bangladesh was marred by rain. Steyn, who was stuck in his hotel room, thought playing soccer in the rain looks like plenty fun.
But Steyn 'just broken every security protocol' and enjoyed a good game of football.
