National Investigation Agency offers Rs 10 lakh for Simi men

The accused are also involved in Bijnour blast case

Hyderabad: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced Rs 10 lakh reward for information leading to four SIMI terrorists who were involved in the Choppadandi robbery of Karimnagar and other terror related cases in Telangana and elsewhere in the country.

Out of six suspects escaped from the Khandwa jail and are on run and two of them were shot dead recently in Nalgonda. The accused are also involved in Bijnour blast case. They were identified as Amjad Khan, Zakir , Salik and Sheikh Mehboob of Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh.

“These accused persons are hard core SIMI activists . They escaped from Khandwa Jail, Madhya Pradesh in.2013. Besides Bijnaur Blast case they are also involved in many heinous cases like Bank robbery, Murder and other cases related to Unlwaful Activities prevention Act in the Madhya Pradesh and other parts of the country. Their role is suspected in the Pune Bomb Blast case in August 2014, Chennai Train Bomb Blast case on 2014, Karim Nagar, Andhra Pradesh Bank Robbery case on 2014 and Bangalore Bomb Blast case during July, 2014,” said NIA. Two accused as identified as Mohammed Aizazuddin and Mohammed Aslam.
