Kabir, Saif and Katrina present action-packed 'Phantom' trailer

After the overwhelming success of 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', all eyes are set on Kabir Khan's next 'Phantom'. The film is based on the aftermath of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks and the cast unveiled it's trailer at a grand event held today. Photo:- The film follows the protagonist, Daniyal, whose journey to seek justice takes him from India to Europe, America and the volatile Middle East and is all set to release on August 28. - While Katrina picked up a navy Prabal Gurung suit, Saif played it safe with a black tee teamed up with a pair of denims.
- Katrina, whose personal has been under the radar rubbished the rumours of engagement with Ranbir Kapoor. On being asked whether she has watched 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', she said she will watch it pretty soon.
- Katrina who prepped up for high-octane action sequences and brilliantly pulled them off said that she loved executing them in the film.
- Kabir Khan whose films revolves around human stories said he loves making films in the background of conflict.
- Saif spoke about the tough shooting conditions in Beirut where a major chunk of the film was shot.
- The film has been shot in London, Beirut and parts of India brings together Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif for the second time together after 'Race'.
- There was a delay in the film promotions as director Kabir Khan wanted to focus all his attention on ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, and only after the film was released decided to commence the promotions of Phantom.
- The screenplay of 'Phantom' has been written in co-ordination with author Hussain Zaidi, and is an adaptation of his book 'Mumbai Avengers'.
