Android Lollipop OS will soon be a forgotten chapter
Consumers always seem to look out for new features in a smartphone – high-resolution camera, longer battery life and an upgraded operating system, thus offering an easy user-friendly interface.
The Android Lollipop OS will soon be a forgotten chapter due to the introduction of Android M by Google. While Google is working on adding impressive features to Android M, Xiaomi seems to be gearing up with its MIUI 7 that is speculated to be based on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
There is no official announcement from Xiaomi yet. However, a report by MyDrivers stated that that MIUI 7 is expected to be unveiled on August 16, 2015. Media reports also state that Xiaomi’s new MIUI 7 OS will be named as ‘MiKangy’.
