Hyderabad:A drunken man allegedly murdered his brother in Keesara, on Wednesday night. Police suspect that the deceased had a relationship with the killer's wife.
Police said the deceased Durga Rao and the accused are brothers and are residents of Gajwel in Medak district. On Wednesday morning they came to their relative's house at Cheeryal village to attend a function. At night the duo and their cousin went out to have alcohol.
“The killer had a strong suspicion that Durga Rao was having a relationship with his wife. After getting drunk he stabbed Durga Rao on the chest with a knife,” said Keesara inspector Guruva Reddy. Police registered a case and handed over the body to the family after postmortem.
