His wife Mona and son Saurabh agreed to donate two kidneys, eyes and liver to the Jeevandan scheme
Hyderabad: Organs of 55-year-old resident of Mumbai were donated in Hyderabad to the Jeevandan scheme of the government after he suffered from a stroke and was declared brain dead on July 21. Mr Ketan Sanghvi had come to Hyderabad on a business purpose.
On July 19, he complained of giddiness and suddenly got fits after which he was immediately taken to a local hospital. Later he was shifted to Yashoda Hospital, but the doctors declared him brain dead. His wife Mona and son Saurabh agreed to donate two kidneys, eyes and liver to the Jeevandan scheme.
