Katy Perry attacks Taylor Swift

Bringing up the Bad Blood (pun intended) between them, Katy Perry tweeted on Wednesday night in obvious reference to Taylor Swift, accusing her of hypocrisy and “capitalising on the takedown of a woman”.

Taylor and rapper Nicki Minaj had earlier exchanged words about the need for women to support one another, after Nicki was snubbed from a VMA nomination.

Katy then brought up the issue that Taylor’s song and video Bad Blood was all about bring down another woman, the song reportedly being a metaphor for Taylor’s and Katy’s hate for each other.

Katy tweeted (albeit a little incoherently): “Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about as one unmeasurably capitalises on the takedown of a woman.”
