Six children were injured when two stray dogs attacked

Hyderabad: Nearly 15 persons, including six children were injured when two stray dogs attacked them at Taramatipet village in Hayathnagar mandal on Sunday night. The villagers killed one dog at night, while GHMC officials caught the other on Monday morning.
According to villagers, “the dogs attacked people who were sleeping on the verandahs. Dogs have become a big problem. We are scared to come out during the day also. Children are scared to go to school,” said Rajesham, one of the victims. The injured persons are undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hayathnagar and are said to be out of danger.
