Hyderabad: The stampede that claimed 27 lives has triggered a blame game between the police and revenue officials over not following a crowd management plan.

In a startling revelation it was found by cops who analysed CCTV footage that barricades were removed by revenue officials under instructions from municipal minister, P. Narayana and local MLA, G. Butchai Choudary, on July 13.
