The actor will be watching the film with his whole family to celebrate the festival
Mumbai: Superstar Aamir Khan chose to bring in Eid this year with the media. He along with Kiran Rao and little Azad safely tucked in mummy’s lap interacted with the media on Saturday morning.
Aamir was in a nostalgic mood. "I remember how when we were children, we recall that we used to hunt for elders and say 'salaam' so that they would give us Eidi. We would then discuss with friends who gave Eidi and how much. Those days we used to be happy with two rupees. Now of course rates have increased," he said with a laugh. "I still enjoy receiving Eidi rather than giving it."
Aamir revealed that he has not given his son Azad Eidi yet, but he certainly has something in mind for him. When asked how he plans to spend the day, the actor said, "I will celebrate by watching Bajrangi Bhaijaan at the Lightbox theatre. The whole family will be going for it, so it should be fun."
