Lucknow: With “darshan” struck off the list, the “janata” in UP is unable to establish a direct connect with Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and the chasm between the government and the people is growing by the day.
When the CM took over as CM in 2012, one of the first promises he made was to revive the weekly “janata darshan” programme that allowed the common man to have a direct conversation with the Chief Minister.
