He resorted to suicide attempt when he got to know that the movie has been postponed

Simbu’s Vaalu got postponed for the umpteenth time following the stay issued by Madras High Court two days ago. The actor has been receiving many messages and tweets on social networking sites supporting him asking him to stay strong. Dhanush, whose Maari was considered to be a competition to Vaalu, also extended support to STR on his micro blogging page. Later, in an unexpected turn of events, a self-proclaimed fan of Simbu, who was waiting to get a glimpse of his matinee idol, resorted to suicide attempt when he got to know that the movie has been postponed again. A peeved Simbu took to Twitter to express his feelings and asked his admirers to stay calm and not engage in such acts.
He posted, “Heart-breaking to hear a fan tried to commit suicide. I’m literally in tears now and i pls request fans to stay strong. Wont let u guys down. I am already broken and trying my best to stay strong and pls don’t do this to me at this moment ...Ur love is more than enough for me.”
The uncertainty regarding the film’s release continues despite his father and actor-filmmaker T Rajendar came out openly stating that some unknown forces are trying to curb its release.
