Hyderabad: A bench comprising acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale and Justice S.V. Bhatt expressed its displeasure with managements of private engineering colleges for their behaviour in court.
Scores of representatives of private colleges had gathered in the court which was hearing the writ appeals by JNTU. They clapped and created a commotion when one of the counsels accused the JNTU of picking on the colleges.
Surprised by the noise, the bench expressed its anger and warned them that it would order their arrest if they did not behave in the court hall. Justice Bhosale said, “This is the first time in my 35 years of judicial service that I have come across this kind of incident.”
