Yasin Bhatkal enters Ranga Reddy court with book in hand, cops seize it
Earlier, Bhatkal had entered the court with a rose and had shown it off
Hyderabad: IM operative Yasin Bhatkal on Tuesday entered the Ranga Reddy court with a book and showed it off to the media. Police officials took away the book, while prison officials said that it could be a notebook he keeps with him.
Bhatkal and other accused were produced before the court in LB Nagar on Tuesday morning for the proceedings in connection with the Dilsukhnagar blast. The matter was posted to another day by the magistrate.
According to Cherlapally jail officials, every prisoner is allowed to have notebooks and other books in prison. “They keep a notebook to note down the case details and update on proceedings. The notebook is allowed during the transit too,” said an official.
Earlier, Bhatkal had entered the court with a rose and had shown it off. During his first appearance before the court, Bhatkal threw a letter at reporters stating he was under a life threat.
