Human beings are a top-of-the-line spiritual product designed by the force known as God. The journey of our soul through our human life is an opportunity given to us to experience being ‘alive’ in many dimensions. The great universal intention has manifested into a physical form as us human beings besides many other forms. Like Pierre Teilhard de Chardin said, “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”
It is important to pause and contemplate why has the universal collective mind condensed its energy and evolved into a human form. It is by some soul design that we exist and there is a specific design for each of our individual souls. The compelling question is, are we truly aware of where we stand on our unique soul map? No two souls have the same map, so there is no winner and no loser. Yes, you may be lost on the map if you are not aware of what your soul purpose is. It is interesting to note that you may not fully know your path consciously. However, your soul or aatma or higher self, being a part of the grand soul or paramatma or universal collective by a function of the ‘instinct’ and ‘intuition’ knows its direction.
know your calling: As we are growing up there are certain unique aspects of this Universe which start hooking our attention to themselves and this is a unique phenomenon as different people are attracted to different things. For some it may be dancing, playing a sport, cooking, music, creativity, writing, etc.
There is a sense of soul gratification when we indulge in those experiences. You can get a calling through symbols, words, songs, dreams, people you idolise, feelings and other mystic methods. So solve the mystery by answering the “soul call.”
follow your bliss: Psychology states that man follows pleasure and avoids pain. When we are born, in our growing years, our interaction with the environment reveals to us by experience what are the various things, experiences and activities that bring us pleasure. This state of elation puts us in touch with the higher energy of soul uplifting — joy.
Regardless of your age, it is important to take physical action to manifest this joy with commitment, complete totality of heart and without any judgement by self or others. It is your heart’s logic and it knows best.
discover your gifts: When we answer the “inner call” and follow our bliss then a magical phenomenon occurs i.e. our unique gifts open up. These gifts are our natural talents, abilities or skills in doing or creating something greater than us. The pleasure derived from these passionate trails lessen all the burdens in the process of opening the inner gifts. All creativity is a divine phenomenon. If you do not know what your gifts are, ask your loved ones to tell you what you are good at. When are you at your happiest? When do you come alive? The important thing is not to ignore these gifts. It is your salvation route for this existence and is your real key to happiness.
share the gift: We receive universal love energy through the bliss we experience when we answer our calling to find our gifts. The gifts once found are to be shared with others to continue the ebb and flow of the universal love through you. It will channel back to the universe as a complete cycle of spiritual growth and evolution. The masters, mystics and gurus all across cultures have left us with the ultimate message that the purpose of the soul collective is “Divine Love”. The force that nurtures us, the force that binds us, the force that creates new life, the force that heals and the force that takes our soul back home is — Love.
How does a person create, use and share this currency of love through their soul purpose? Well, that is the homework each of us has to do on our own with some universal support and through our soul whispers. Each of our individual souls is like an enchanting divine flower in a divine bouquet. When each flower blossoms in its full glory, the result is an ethereal masterpiece.
