Taking on the centre stage and bringing in fresh vibe and energy— both Sooraj and Athiya represent the vibrancy of the new generation in the 'Hero' trailer. After releasing a series of posters, the makers have finally unveiled the action packed trailer laced with romance.
While the earlier looks ascertained that Sooraj in his heroic demeanour will rescue Athiya Shetty in the film, it turns out that he has kidnapped her. The two eventually find love in each other and it soon becomes the matter of life and death. Sooraj shows off his chiseled body and Athiya plays the fearless girl who speaks her mind.

'Hero' promises to be a classic romantic entertainer that has been long missing from the Bollywood scene. Produced by Salman Khan and Subash Ghai, the romantic entertainer is directed by Nikhil Advani. The film, which releases on September 11, is a remake of Ghai's 1983 movie of the same name. Sooraj and Athiya are stepping into the shoes of Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Sheshadri respectively.
