Hyderabad: The land in Survey No. 609 of Nadargul, Saroornagar, was provisionally attached on July 22 last year under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The provisional attachment order was confirmed by on May 20, 2015.
In the same case, the ED had earlier attached properties worth Rs 186 crore of top city-based industrialists Y. Harishchandra Prasad and P. Trivikrama Prasad, of Nava Bharath Power Projects, both accused in the coal scam.
It has been alleged the land worth Rs 11.20 crore was linked to crime proceeds transferred by Mahalami Group owned by Mr Harischandra Prasad to PVP Ventures.
The ED will also be taking possession of land owned by Indu Infra Tech in Mamidipally of Saroornagar mandal in connection with the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy assets case.
