Saranya Mohan to tie the knot

Saranya , who started her career as a child artiste in Malayalam and Tamil movies, entered the limelight when she played Nayanthara’s sister in Yaaradi Nee Mohini. The dancer-turned-actress is all set to enter wedlock. She announced her engagement to Aravind Krishnan, a doctor by profession on social media.

She also posted a picture of this occasion. Saranaya, who is also a singer, is the daughter of dancers Mohan and Kalamandalam Devi. Following the success of Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Saranya bagged a heroine role in Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu alongside Vishnu Vishal.

The bubbly girl was also roped in for the Bollywood remake of the same to reprise the same role she did in Tamil. Saranya runs a dance school in her hometown of Alapuzha. She wrote on her FB page, “I am taking this opportunity to officially announce to you all about the most important day of my life that is about to come...my marriage...I got engaged today to Aravind Krishnan, a doctor by profession. Please do pray for me even after marriage. Thanking you all for the love and support.”
