Mumbai: Shahid Kapoor’s wedding to Delhi girl Mira Rajput may have been a hush-hush event, but this reception is all set to be the talk of the town!

The actor, who wed his young bride in a quiet ceremony in Delhi, on July 7, has gone all out to show her the life of a Bollywood star. Shahid and Mira are hosting their second reception at a five star hotel in Mumbai, and Deccan Chronicle was there to give fans the first glimpse of the venue.

Both the bride and groom have been actively involved in the wedding preparations by seeing to everything, be it the cards, marriage ceremony, décor, food and even their cake. Going by reports, the two have looked into every intricate detail. Our reporter at the venue even caught a glimpse of the bride herself, personally checking the seating arrangements and the décor at the grand hall.

You can be sure that this reception will be far from ‘simple’, when pictures of the chrome-plated invite surfaced online. These images of fresh flower garlands adorning the walls and tables of the hotel only add to the 'dream-like' theme. By the looks of the décor, stylist Vivaah (who also decorated Arpita Khan’s wedding venue) has adopted shades of white and green following the ‘rugged and rustic’ theme.
