Hyderabad: AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will govern with an Information Technology enabled super system called ‘Mukhyamantri’.
Also named CMO suite the IT management system, it will be used by the CM and his top aides for file tracking to executing ideas.
The CMO suite consists of CM’s appointments scheduler, processing of citizen e-mails, MP, MLA reference management; time bound implementation of CM’s instructions, managing flagship programmes and project management. Only 500 users will be part of it including 30 of the CMO and others as secretaries, HODs and district collectors.
According to AP Technology Services (APTS) the project solution provider is to be identified on July 18 through the Swiss challenge method.
“It’s a digital workplace suite. This solution would be compatible with tablets and selected features on the mobile. Initially this would cover 500 users, including 30 from the CMO, five users of the chief security officer, 30 secretaries, 45 users at HOD level, 390 users, 30 district collectors or district offices. The CM’s relief fund management, grievance redressal management, victory diary management will also be part of Mukhyamantri. It will have real time updates,” said an official of APTS.
The digital workplace suite also provides alerts and reminders to the CM and his team on instructions and projects. The module will also have online chat where Mr Naidu and his officials can communicate.
Employee information system and other aspects related to staff and citizen portal will be integrated to it. APTS has invited expression of interest from solution providers from July 10.
