Congress demands two different probes into Vyapam scam
AICC spokesman RPN Singh made this demand & targeted CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan
New Delhi: The Congress on Wednesday pitched for two separate CBI inquiries into the Vyapam scam monitored by the Supreme Court — one into the massive scandal, and another into the mysterious deaths of 49 people.
AICC spokesman R.P.N. Singh made this demand and targeted Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan for “hoodwinking” the people by not even mentioning the probe into the deaths in his communication to the High Court.
He told reporters that the way things are unfolding, the “only inescapable conclusion is that the continuation of Mr Chouhan as CM even for a single day” will go against any interest of a fair investigation and justice.
