Hyderabad: Cine director Ram Gopal Varma on Wednesday took potshots at actor and Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan in a series of tweets using animal metaphors. He said the actor should have “behaved like a lion” but had had “behaved like a goat (sic).” The tweet came after he watched a video of the actor’s press conference.
In another tweet, Varma stated the “dogs” were thinking that the lion was in the zoo, but the dogs should know that the lion can attack at any time. In another mystifying tweet, he wrote, “The lion should be line but don’t try to explain the inner meaning of the lion to the dogs.”
He intriguingly added that searching for the meaning in a lion’s roar was equal to looking for the meaning in a dog’s bark. Varma said the lion never thinks, but monkeys think and humans learn from the thoughts of monkeys. He observed that, “here the problem is, the lion which is supposed to roar is talking- sorry talking like a cat”.
He stated that, “my request to PK lion is please don’t be a cat, as fans we expect a Tigers Roar from u (sic).”
