Rajahmundry: While noted astrologist and almanac writer Madhura Krishna Murthy Sastry took holy dips for pushkaralu on June 28, another almanac writer Butte Veerabhadra Daivazna took a holy dip on Tuesday along with his followers in Pushkar Ghat in river Godavari at Rajahmundry.
He said that according to old almanac system, the “Guru” planet entered “Leo” zodiac on Tuesday morning. He said that according to his Guru and noted almanac writer Pidapatla Peda Poornaiah Siddanthi’s calculations, pushkaralu have been started from Tuesday.
