What colour is your aura?

Aura is an energy field that is emitted by a person or object
Aura is a field of subtle, luminous radiation surrounding a person or object. Everyone and everything has an aura. Our aura is filled with colours that reflect and depict each and every facet of ourselves. These colours tell everything about us and can be interpreted because each colour has a meaning. Aura around living objects such as people, plants, etc changes with time. Aura around non-living objects such as stones, paintings, crystals, etc is fixed, but can be changed by experts in aura healing.
Looking at someone’s aura you can see that person’s thoughts before you hear them. One cannot fake an aura. It shows one’s true nature and intention. When you see a person with a bright, clean aura, you can be sure that this person is good and has good intentions and is spiritually advanced.
When you see a person with grey or dark aura such people have unclear intentions, regardless how impressive they seem to appear. The golden halo around spiritual gurus, devis, devtas, etc in paintings, sculptures, depict the aura around them.
How to see an Aura with naked eye
Take a couple of deep and long breaths and feel relaxed. Concentrate on your third eye and feel the pressure between the eyebrows. Now focus your eyes on the person/object you wish to see the aura of. Gradually, imagine a shadow surrounding the person/object and keep your focus on that shadow. Try to see the colour which is emitting.
Do the same by checking all the seven chakras of the body and if any chakra is blocked you will come to know, similarly if there is a red portion in the body reflects pain in that area.
If you can’t see the aura, sit calmly and take deep breaths, now rub your palms, move them apart and focus on the gap and you will start seeing a faint-coloured smoke. Keep practicing this and then move your focus to a person/object till the time you see a colour being emitted

How to clean your Aura
Frequently when you see auras you feel drained or in an irritable mood or start having negative thoughts.
Simply protect yourself before getting out or moving in a place. Imagine a white light in the shape of a wire or a bubble surrounding you from head to toe, this white light is bright and full of love. This white shield will also protect you from any negative force or energy to harm.
Burn camphor or guggal before or after a person with a dark aura has visited you.
Protect yourself by wearing a black thread on your wrist, neck or ankles and change it frequently.
Aura healing meditation: Sit in a cross-legged position or sit comfortably and imagine your Root chakra becoming strong. Slowly surround yourself with a light golden light which is coming from the ground (Earth) and is protecting you. The light is going to your every body part starting from legs to your head and while it’s entering each body part, it is healing every organ and every tissue. Once your body is covered fully in light, meditate in this state for four-five minutes and slowly open your eyes feeling happy and energised.
