Hyderabad captain GH Vihari guides Hutton Cricket Club to victory
Set to score 243, Hutton began well with Vihari putting on an opening stand of 71 with Chris McNally
Hyderabad: Hyderabad batsman G. H. Vihari continued his good run in the Essex League Division One in England with another strong showing for his team, Hutton Cricket Club. Vihari played a captain’s knock as he slammed a quickfire 74 that included 11 boundaries and a six to help Hutton to a narrow one-wicket win over Upminster.
Set to score 243, Hutton began well with Vihari putting on an opening stand of 71 with Chris McNally. Thereafter, they lost their way before recovering via cameos from Usman Jan (25), Stuart Feeley (20), Jason Plom (27) and Connor Whetstone (25) to a carve out a last-ball win.
